The support does not ride up, which is a problem with an area this low on the back. It really does stay put! I wear the massaging pads at home and remove them for wearing under clothing outside of the home.

An excellent support for SI patients, February 5, 2012
By Sheila's sore back(Georgetown , KY)
There aren't many back supports on the market for the SI area. I was hesitant to order this one at first due to the cost ($175.00). Decided to take a chance and have had the support for almost a week now. Once I figured out how to put it on correctly it was very supportive (not too tight) but flexible for movement. My advice to future customers is to read the directions carefully before trying it on. The support straps that adjust the brace should not be cut until you are very sure of the length you need. The support can be worn without cutting the support straps at first. I am a very satisfied customer!

Real Relief, February 5, 2011
By susanjane(River Forest, IL)
I think the friction pad that massages the tender part of my arthritic vertebrae is the greatest difference in this lower back support, as compared to any other one I have tried over the decades. I am also able to pull it tight enough for great support for my SIJ. It never cuts into my skin. It does slip up when bending down for something, but if I could squat better, that probably wouldn't be a problem.

Most comfortable si belt on the market!, August 13, 2010
By Mr. Idaho(Idaho Falls)
This is the best and most comfortable belt I have ever used to alleviate the discomfort of SI related pain. It is expensive, but it is worth it!
