Product Description

The MalleoTrain S is a great alternative to taping. This ankle support is made of a knitted moisture-wicking material that is very stretchy and breathable. The figure 8 strap system provides ankle stabilization during rotation and other activities. This ankle support is great for sports and fit comfortably into most athletic shoes.

How to use:

Put the active support on.
Wrap the strap from the inside of your foot to the underside of your foot.
Bring the strap diagonally across the top of your foot.
Wrap the strap around your ankle, above your heel.
Bring strap diagonally toward the front of your foot, over the top.
Wrap the thin part of the strap under your foot to the outside and then diagonally across the top of your foot.
Stick the end of the strap to the strap itself.
