I can Golf again, June 22, 2011

I couldn't walk without pain to my achilles area.
I have had bauerfeind support systems for other injuries througout
the years(Im very physically active).
I called the bauerfeind people and they recommended the
achillotrainpro. I have been wearing the achillotrainpro for a
couple of weeks now and the pain is no longer an issue and Iam
definitely well on the way to a complete recovery!

Works quite well to lessen pain and seems to provide some protection against irritation. Well made, but a couple of threads have pulled and holes are forming there. Not perfect, but much better than alternatives I have tried. Would buy again.

I had surgery almost 3 years ago to repair a ruptured achilles tendon that was suffered playing basketball. I've always had weak ankles and wore braces, so I found this looking for something that could help protect my achilles. This brace is very comfortable and really massages the achilles as you move. I really like the silicone on the back, because having a 6 inch scar, I'm now very sensitive to any contact to the achilles and I've been kicked with this brace on with very little discomfort. I only wear this when I'm playing basketball or another activity that involves a lot of starting/stopping/jumping activity. After 2 years, it has held up well, with the exception that it has stretched and I'm going to need a new one. I feel that it is worth the money, but really wish it would hold up longer.

I purchased the Achillo Train Pro about a month ago. I am diagnosed w/ a partial achilles tendon tear and severe tendonosis. I have tried PT, massages, orthotics, ice, rest, etc. It was recommended that I had 2 choices, surgery or cast it. Then my aunt suggested this product and after wearing it for 3 weeks I do not ache as much. Pain has decreased tremendously. Mobility is increased and I am able to perform my job better which is a middle school PE teacher.
Funny thing is, I lost my Achillo Train Pro and I am ordering another one. I figure if I order a new one the old one will show up and then I will have two!
Not saying it will work for you, but it is worth a try. $120 is better than a $3000+ surgery

WONDERFUL ACHILLES SUPPORT, August 19, 2009

I highly recommend these- i had both achilles tendons (right and left leg) weaken due to a bad
reaction to a popular antibiotic. These were very valuable to me in preventing any rupture, and allowing me to come back slowly to a full recovery. I wore them only when on my feet (not ever sitting) when i needed to walk. I usually took them off after an hour or two so that i could get good circulation when i rested my legs.
I was able to recover both legs simultaneously which is difficult to do. THANKS for a great product.
