I had been wearing custom made orthotics for some time that did not provide enough comfort and support for my feet. I was still experiencing pain and fatigue in my ankles and feet. I ordered this product for sore heels that resulted from supination. I immediately noticed results. I have a small foot,size 5 shoe, and I actually ordered the children's size which works fine for me. These inserts really make my foot in a neutral position, and I recommend them.

Just what the Doctor ordered! I have bad knees. The doctor sugested I use the Heel Inserts to change the pressure point in my knees. It works GREAT! My pain level is less than half of what it was.
