I had been wearing custom made orthotics for some time that did not provide enough comfort and support for my feet. I was still experiencing pain and fatigue in my ankles and feet. The viscoheelk heel cushions have relieved my pain and my ankles feel much better. I found that it takes a little time to adjust to the difference between wearing an orthotic insert and the heel cushions but, overall they provide the support my foot and ankles needed as well as a great deal of freedom from pain.

I ordered this product for sore heels that resulted from supination. I immediately noticed results. I have a small foot, size 5 shoe, and I actually ordered the children's size which works fine for me. These inserts really make my foot in a neutral position, and I recommend them.
