ViscoHeel ® K Heel Cushions - Latex Free by Bauerfeind
Non-compressible, viscoelastic silicone heel cushions. ViscoHeel K adjusts foot positioning for therapeutic relief. They are raised on one side and can be used as pronation (lateral raising) or supination (medial raising) cushions to compensate for imbalances in axial alignment or loading. They can be placed toward the inside or outside of the shoe, (no definite left or right) depending on the treatment needed. The wedged heel cushions provide the same superior cushioning and shock absorbing features of ViscoSpot to reduce shock to the joints and back. Medical grade viscoelastic heel cushions reduce shock load to the joints and vertebral column. Sold in pairs only.

Comfortable and long lasting. Easy to clean with soap and warm water. Available in pairs to prevent leg length discrepancies. Can be switched from one pair of shoes to another. Cushion is anatomically contoured and has a heel rim so it won't slide in the shoe. There is a 4º of tilt with this insert.

Q. What are they made of?
A. Medical grade, viscoelastic silicone. The blue areas are less dense for added cushioning at the pressure points of the foot.
Q.Is there Latex in the Visco Products?

I had been wearing custom made orthotics for some time that did not provide enough comfort and support for my feet. I was still experiencing pain and fatigue in my ankles and feet. The viscoheelk heel cushions have relieved my pain and my ankles feel much better. I found that it takes a little time to adjust to the difference between wearing an orthotic insert and the heel cushions but, overall they provide the support my foot and ankles needed as well as a great deal of freedom from pain.

I ordered this product for sore heels that resulted from supination. I immediately noticed results. I have a small foot,size 5 shoe, and I actually ordered the children's size which works fine for me. These inserts really make my foot in a neutral position, and I recommend them.

Just what the Doctor ordered! I have bad knees. The doctor sugested I use the Heel Inserts to change the pressure point in my knees. It works GREAT! My pain level is less than half of what it was.
